We offer two types of birds:

American broiler: A plump, juicy cross between Plymouth Rock and Cornwall chickens. These birds are ideal for fast cooking, such as frying and grilling. 3-5 lbs each. $3.99/lb.

Gourmet broiler: A slightly smaller bird developed specifically to forage well in pasture-based operations. These birds have immense flavor and will be great in all kinds of chicken dishes. 3-5 lbs each. $4.99/lb. The gourmet broilers are raised by Shady Grove Ranch.
